Turnkey
online store
A ready working system — a multi-language store with payments, shipping, analytics and SEO configured from day one. I tailor it to your brand or integrate your design system.

Honest numbers
across five ecommerce platforms
Same online store benchmark, all five platforms. Numbers and features below come from real builds, not marketing pages.
My stack is a one-time investment from €2,000 — final price is fixed after the brief. Hosting on my server is optional — you can deploy to any VPS or to Vercel/Netlify on your own account. WooCommerce is the closest thing to ownership on a traditional CMS — but it pays for that with heavy plugins and the slowest page loads in this table.
What you get for €2,000
Everything a modern store needs at its core — payments, multi-language, analytics, advertising — configured and working from day one. The technical names in parentheses are for developers who want a closer look.
This is the base build. Extra functionality, CRM/ERP integrations and custom flows are discussed in the brief and billed separately. Most customizations land in the +€500–€1,500 range over the base.
8 steps from brief to launch
Step by step and honest. Design mockups are drawn after the deposit — that protects both your budget and my time.
- 01
You fill in the brief
Interactive brief at /brief — 6 sections, 10-15 min. Autosaves in your browser, so you can come back to it.
- 02
Tech plan and final price within 24h
I send you the scope, timeline, milestones and final price. Until you agree, no one owes anyone anything.
- 03
We discuss the design direction
References, style, mood — in conversation, no mockups. At this stage we draw nothing yet, so your budget isn't spent on sketches that won't fit.
- 04
B2B contract + 50% deposit
Contract with a legal entity / ENI. The 50% is non-refundable if you cancel after work has started.
- 05
2 mockups of the homepage + store page
Now I draw directions. You pick one. If neither fits, a third direction is a separate small piece of work.
- 06
Full design, build, integrations, testing
A base store with the chosen template — 2–3 weeks after the design is approved and content is received from you.
- 07
Store launch + second 50% payment
DNS, payments, shipping — all verified end-to-end. Handover by acceptance act.
- 08
One month of support included
Bug fixes and email questions during the first month after launch — at no extra charge.
Honest and transparent
A B2B service — a contract with a legal entity or ENI. Payment in stages, with the option to split it by arrangement.
Contract
- B2B service — contract with a legal entity or ENI
- Scope of work is locked in after the brief
- Stage-by-stage handover with acceptance acts
Payments
- 50% deposit after the brief and design direction are agreed
- 50% after the store is accepted
- The deposit is non-refundable if you cancel after the start
- If the project stops, the completed portion is paid proportionally
Payment breakdown
- By arrangement — a schedule of 2–4 payments
- I issue separate invoices via Stripe Invoicing or PayPal
- Details are set out in the individual contract
It's all yours from day one
I don't lock you in to me. If in a year you want to move the store to your own developer, you have everything you need.
