My stack is a one-time investment from €2,000 — final price is fixed after the brief. Hosting on my server is optional — you can deploy to any VPS or to Vercel/Netlify on your own account. WooCommerce is the closest thing to ownership on a traditional CMS — but it pays for that with heavy plugins and the slowest page loads in this table.

How it works

8 steps from brief to launch

Step by step and honest. Design mockups are drawn after the deposit — that protects both your budget and my time.

  1. 01

    You fill in the brief

Interactive brief at /brief — 6 sections, 10-15 min. Autosaves in your browser, so you can come back to it.

  2. 02

Tech plan and final price within 24h

I send you the scope, timeline, milestones and final price. Until you agree, no one owes anyone anything.

  3. 03

    We discuss the design direction

References, style, mood — in conversation, no mockups. At this stage we draw nothing yet, so your budget isn't spent on sketches that won't fit.

  4. 04

    B2B contract + 50% deposit

Contract with a legal entity / ENI. The 50% is non-refundable if you cancel after work has started.

  5. 05

2 mockups of the homepage + store page

Now I draw directions. You pick one. If neither fits, a third direction is a separate small piece of work.

  6. 06

    Full design, build, integrations, testing

A base store with the chosen template — 2–3 weeks after the design is approved and content is received from you.

  7. 07

Store launch + second 50% payment

DNS, payments, shipping — all verified end-to-end. Handover by acceptance act.

  8. 08

    One month of support included

Bug fixes and email questions during the first month after launch — at no extra charge.

Contract and payments

Honest and transparent

A B2B service — a contract with a legal entity or ENI. Payment in stages, with the option to split it by arrangement.

Contract

  • B2B service — contract with a legal entity or ENI
  • Scope of work is locked in after the brief
  • Stage-by-stage handover with acceptance acts

Payments

  • 50% deposit after the brief and design direction are agreed
  • 50% after the store is accepted
  • The deposit is non-refundable if you cancel after the start
  • If the project stops, the completed portion is paid proportionally

Payment breakdown

  • By arrangement — a schedule of 2–4 payments
  • I issue separate invoices via Stripe Invoicing or PayPal
  • Details are set out in the individual contract
After launch

It's all yours from day one

I don't lock you in to me. If in a year you want to move the store to your own developer, you have everything you need.

Access to the code — a private Git repository
Admin access with superadmin rights
Server access via the Coolify panel
Documentation for basic operations
A month of free support after launch
A year of hosting included, then €150/year for renewal

Great. I integrate it instead of my 2 options. The base price doesn't change, though it may be adjusted depending on the complexity of your design.
A base store with a template — 2–3 weeks after the design is approved and content is received from you. Custom elements, complex integrations, a large catalog add time, and that's locked into the plan in the 24-hour response to your brief.
We discuss it in the brief and lock in the price. Most customizations land in the +€500–€1,500 range over the base. More complex projects (B2B, marketplace, non-standard flow) fall under custom development.
Yes. The editor for pages, products and orders — all without code. Documentation for the main operations is included.
Schema.org (Product / Offer / Breadcrumb / Organization), sitemap.xml, hreflang for multi-language, OG tags, canonical — all configured out of the box. Load speed is sub-1s on real devices.
Yes — that's a separate Migration service from €1,200. It includes exporting products, customers and orders, a redirect map to preserve SEO, and a coordinated DNS switch.
Yes, multi-language is built as a module. Adding a new language after launch is a separate small piece of work.
The store is ready for advertising right away — Meta Pixel, CAPI, GA4 and the GMC feed are configured. Launching and running ads is a separate service, Advertising for online stores.
Stripe (cards + Klarna + Apple/Google Pay + Multibanco + SEPA — 40+ methods through a single integration), PayPal, bank transfer. On request — Mollie (iDEAL, Bancontact), Braintree, local providers.
Medusa.js v2 (backend) + Next.js 16 (frontend), TypeScript, PostgreSQL, Tailwind CSS. Open source, no vendor lock-in. You get the code, the database and all the keys.
