Solo developerE-commerce specialist since 2016

Hi — I'm Alex. I've been building for the web since 2016: started as a PPC manager at digital agency Mirrolab and built WordPress sites for local businesses on the side. Over ten years I grew into an e-commerce specialist — from small stores to multi-brand platforms with custom loyalty systems, CRM integrations and server-side tracking.

Today I'm based in Portugal, Algarve, and open to new projects. The marketing and analytics side of my background goes into every site I ship — so it's ready to advertise and sell, and ad campaigns never lose data to track and optimise on.

Timeline

A decade in e-commerce

From PPC manager at a digital agency to a solo specialist — ten years of stores shipped, ad accounts run and clients kept long after the launch day.

  1. 2016
    Mirrolab + first WordPress site

Joined digital agency Mirrolab as a Junior PPC manager. Shipped my first commercial WordPress site — okland.in.ua, a language school still running today, with a Node.js + Payload rebuild planned for 2026. Started building landing pages and corporate sites for local businesses on the side.

  2. 2017–2019
    Middle PPC + analytics

Grew into a Middle PPC role at Mirrolab. Earned analyst certification and went deep on GA, Facebook Pixel and GTM — the foundation of how I wire tracking into every site I ship today.

  3. 2019
    Solo + first major store

Left the agency to work directly with clients, juggling 3–4 e-commerce projects in parallel. Built tradesolutions.com.ua — still maintained today. Ran it for years as both developer and personal PPC manager, scaling its ROI before moving into a consulting role.

  4. 2020–2024
    Cosmetics Factory — 7 stores

Built 6 brand stores for Korean cosmetics labels plus the multi-brand cosmetics-factory.com.ua. Custom loyalty systems (purchase-history discounts, cashback), CRM and accounting integrations. Acted as developer, support and Senior PPC for 7 projects at once.

  5. 2023–2025
    GlowlabSPA, NYC

Worked with a chain of SPA salons in New York: two sites with online booking, Google Ads campaigns, plus brand identity work.

  6. 2025
    Local business + ongoing support

Building for local business and providing technical support to long-term clients I've worked with for years.

  7. 2026
    Launched fixbro.pt

Own product — a marketplace matching people in Portugal with offline specialists. In beta as of May 2026.

How I work

Four principles I refuse to break

Speed is the feature

Sub-1 second loads aren't a nice-to-have — they're the difference between a sale and a bounce.

Own everything

Your code, your data, your server. No SaaS lock-in, no platform fees on every sale.

Wire it once

Tracking, feeds, structured data — done right the first time. No re-doing it every quarter.

Stay solo, stay honest

No "our team". I work directly with you. The person who quotes is the person who codes.

Let's discuss your project

The brief takes 10–15 minutes. I come back with a plan and price within 24 hours.
