Work outside a plan — by the hour

Not every job is worth a retainer. A one-off change, a fix, a small integration — billed by the hour, no contract. Urgent work jumps the queue and is charged at double rate.

Emergency help

Site hacked, down, or payments stopped working — write immediately. First I stop the damage and bring the site back, then I explain what happened and how to keep it from happening again.

  • Hacks, outages, a broken checkout, a locked-out admin
  • Afterwards — on a support plan or by the hour, whichever suits you
